Todays episode means a lot to me- it is letting you in on the action and awkwardness that comes from malaversaries. Even as I recorded this episode my body was so activated- this topic is really real, raw, and impacts so many people including myself.

1. Having a coach that has more tools than I do for the situation. For me it was @hamza2720- the light heavyweight champion for MMA fighting. He was instrumental in me connecting back to my body and finding my power.

2. Being active with my body- that includes using my voice to help others know what I need and want.
3. Being aware that it is happening- maybe marking it on the calendar so I am not totally thrown off when the week before a day on the calendar you start feeling aggitated, or other symptoms.
