Hi CTC Podcast Fam,

This is probably my most vulnerable episode. Mostly because I am speaking about something I am going through right now- and honestly still have more questions then answers. But that is why this episode needs to exist. Hormones, changing body size and shape, energy level shifts, chin hairs LOL and so much more is this sacred and uncomfortable middle type age of 40. I realize as I have entered this new portal of my life that it feels like I am wandering in a dark cave looking for a flashlight- so this episode is meant to offer some guidance from what I have found to work for body support and also to help leave a little bit of a legacy for those that are not yet 40. Let's start talking about these things openly, so that as women evolve from one decade portal to the next they also do not feel so alone.

I will also share about my experience with hormonal birth control. Spoiler alert- its a wild ride yall. LOL

What part of my body can I start to show a little more kindness? And why

What does change mean to me? Where did I learn that?

What are 5 things I am so proud of myself for? ( we spend so much time fixing and editing ourselves, have you stopped to think of how proud you are of who you are)

What does being 40 mean to you? Who's example do you most remember seeing? Are there things that you want to choose to include in your portal of 40's? How can this time be seen as sacred and full of joy?

Love You So Much,
Megan Grace
